NANCY’S NOT NONSENSE (well not everything)

Dear fellow auxiliary members: hope you had a lovely Valentine’s Day. Our last board meeting was very productive and we have a new plan for February 20. Rather than having a general meeting with a speaker which we have found in past attempts to be under attended, we have decided that re-organizing and cleaning the thrift shop would be a much more productive activity.
Gina McKenna and Rosemary Zettler are in charge of this and it will more than likely last for several days. If you are interested in helping out, please call either Gina or Rosemary and let them know what day would work for you. If we have too many at the shop at one time it will not function as well.
I hope that many of you are going to be able to attend TNC’s major GALA at the Long Beach Aquarium; it sounds like it’s going to be wonderful. If I could get there from China I would do it. Since I will be in China for almost the entire month of March, I won’t be bothering you with too many activities. April will bring us to our English tea and then we will begin preparing for Game week in May.
Stay well and know you are loved… Nancy Collinge, President TNCA

A special thanks to you, Patricia Gill, for your no small amount of effort at your computer and the actual printing of the document.  We hope to have the rosters ready for distribution in late February or early March.
In much appreciation, Rosemary Zettler

Thrift Shop
Phyllis Pelezzare and Rosemary Zettler with the two new donation tubs we were turning in. It happily represents the “old” (me as a 1983 charter member of the Auxiliary) and the “new” (Phyllis who has just joined and spent her first day in the Sorting Room at the Thrift Store in January 2018)
